Question Is it possible to pump up the implant until it's painful and starts stretching your tissue anytime you want? Specifically during the first year or so. Or is it physically impossible to get in more pumps sometimes?
I'm trying to figure out how aggressive it is possible to be when cycling. Like, if I wanted to be really aggressive and pump myself up to immense pain on a daily basis to try to maximize gains...would it be possible?
ANSWER: with Titan, the cylinders are stronger than your natural penis.
During the first 5 weeks: cycling is super important to be sure that the "capsule" around the cylinders forms as a large capacity space (ie, no coffin pseudocapsule)
During the first three months: cycling will stretch your penis length back to where you were around age 20 (assuming your surgeon aggressively sized your cylinders) Yes, high pressure cycling is likely a good idea, but going crazy is probably not needed, so long as you inflate pretty good a couple times a week
After three months: your penis might gradually continue to expand in girth (because the Titan is tunica limited, thus it should keep challenging your girth) if you cycle with sessions where you stretch things using the high pressure technique you describe.
My surgeon stated "once you start using the implant for sex, just inflate it when you need it for sex"
Although I did not press him on the topic, I wonder if there was an underlying implication that overuse of the device might lead to an earlier failure ? Implant surgeons are quick to remind us all that the purpose and goal of the implant is "to allow the man to have penetrative sex."
The implant is not a "method to increase length or girth". So, guys, I know that we all want more size, but the implant surgeons seem pretty clear to always get us off the "size enhancement idea" and to instead to stay on the "hard as a rock" idea.
