Congratulations! He may deflate you a bit today if it is too uncomfortable. Some numbness is normal. I experienced it, but within weeks it fully went away.
54 years old, happily married for 30 years to a beautiful & outstanding lady. Onset ED at 49. Finally fixed on 11/08/2017 by the master Dr. Eid with a Titan XL 26, no RTEs! Previously had 3 AMS implants (LGX & CX), all botched.

Saw doctor today. He removed half of the staples. He said everything looks good. Healing up nicely. I asked him what size RTE's he installed. I have 18cm tubes and 3 cm RTE's. He said that the pump is in good area, but my gosh, it's sore. Wants me to take next week off from work. Oh, he lamented to make sure my penis is pointed down or up. It's was starting to point towards the left. I was trying to keep it pointed up, that's what his assistant said to do the day I was discharged. But he said I could point it down, which to me is easier. Still a bit uncomfortable as it is a little inflated.

My pump is also in front of my right nut, definitely the most painful and sore area for me. I was surprised at how big it seems once implanted. Strangely enough, everything else feels way more natural than I thought it would.

I'm going to have to do a PSA about surgery pooping. I have actually popped the stitches on scrotal incision because of straining while pooping. It because a whole thing and the wound would not close for a year. It was towards the taint area. BAD EXPERIENCE.
36 years old. Coloplast Titan OTR implanted on 6/1/2017 infrapubically. 20 cm cylinders (no rear tip extenders) with a 125 ml reservoir. So far so good!

Trying to stay positive, but I wonder if I will get used to this thing in my sack. Wow, it's uncomfortable. :D

I do not feel the pump in my sac, and I have large balls (just saying, not bragging) that are often low-hangers.

My balls are above average size, and my balls hang low. But to be honest, that's all I feel on the right side, the pump. I don't know what happened to my right nut! It must be behind the pump. :D I haven't dared tried to pump it yet, just exploring the pump more. At the moment, it's not quite as painful as it had been. I'm glad I'm taking another week off from my day job. But I'm going to try to go into my part time job next week, Tuesday and Thursday nights.

Ed,
Your RTEs should keep your pump lower. It should drop down. It just takes a while. Don't worry, be happy! It's gonna be alright! 'Hang' in there brother.

Day 11, feeling pretty good. I have taken no pain pills today. I have a mini Hardon, it won't Point down or up easily, and dr told me to try to keep it that way. I'm off work, and we got seat belts that need to be put back in the car after I sent them out to be repaired. I put one back in, and was in the back seat. Having to readjust my dick, I'm just wondering if I can damage this new implant, and maybe I should wait before doing this. Being that it is partially inflated, I don't want to put any undue stress on it for fear of it blowing out. No, I'm guessing I should not be doing this.
