need help finding the deflate button.

Postby WOODYHAPPEN » Tue Jun 20, 2017 5:38 pm

After 2 months of swelling from a hematoma, I can finally start inflating my device. Dr. Kramer showed me how to do it. But he was rushed and only had me do it once. I didn't get the feel. I press on the edges of the AMS and can't find the release. Can u help me with some tjps?

I have placed my index finger & middle finger on backside of the pump on blocks on each side. Then slide my thumb from the bulb down the center in the front. This way you can center your thumb which should find the deflate button. Make sure you are comfortable with the deflate before you pump hard. If you cant find the button right away it could get sore being pumped up for a while while trying to deflate. Good luck !

I think this is a great description of the way that I have learned to pinpoint where the deflation button is.

sup guys , i am having a hard time locating my release valve as well. i am 2 weeks post op, i had what was said to be a fluid capsule , the doc , popped it on my 2 week post op visit. no pain at all . but now they said i can start playing with the bulb and the deflate valve . but i need to be able to comfortably know how to deflate before i can start pumping all the way up . I have the titan 21+

I, too, found difficulty at 2 weeks with the Titan (and some beyond, I gotta say). It was easier if I located the dished bit on the bottom of the valve with my middle finger first: for me that was easier to identify by touch than the button on top. Maybe because of my particular pattern of swelling? Dunno.
Any rate, with middle finger underneath, press with thumb on top and gently squeeze the cock from glans end => deflation. I've avoided squeezing the mighty sword in the middle for fear (perhaps irrational) that I'll disturb the tips in the glans: you know how it is when you squeeze a balloon in the middle?
