AMS implants "models" question.....

Postby wolfcreek » Thu Jun 22, 2017 6:07 am

What, if any, inflatable implants did AMS manufacture before the CX and the LGX? Does anybody know? And in what years were the AMS implants, including the CX and the LGX, first implanted/put on the market?

The Ultrex was a lenght-expanding 3-piece implant that had problems that took it off the market. The LGX was introduced and does not have those problems.

The two piece Ambicor is still made.

AMS also has a narrow base version of the CX as well as a one piec3 malleable (semi rigid).

Why do you ask?
