Hello Gents: I have been on this site for over two years, and there are many discussions about size, healing post op, and complications some of which include pictures mostly in the early stages of recovery. Not too many that illustrate things several years out, so I thought I'd contribute to the forum with a look see at what I consider a very positive outcome of which I am very happy. My brief history is much the same as many others, years of Viagra, and final discovery or a worsening venous leak which no pills would ever fix. I sought out Dr. Eid . Implanted with 22 cm Titan Coloplast. Flew to NY for surgery on a Wednesday, stayed overnight three nights and flew back to Atlanta on Sunday. No issues with the cath bag strapped to my leg. Removed the catheter at home, and returned to work on Tuesday. A bit uncomfortable, but I did ok. Started cycling in 2 weeks. Had moderate swelling in the scrotum, and my penis looked like a grilled bratwurst, but most swelling was down in about three weeks. Resumed sex at 5 weeks with little pain, just had to take it slow. As for pain, my shaft was very sensitive to touch for 3 -4 weeks so I had to be careful not to bump it on the counter when brushing my teeth or pressing up against anything . My perception was that discomfort would be gone at 2 weeks... WRONG. General pain/soarnes gradually diminished at about 4 weeks, so my advice is just be patient. I had early concerns that the bump at the base or "dog ears" as some call it, was a problem. They are not. I can feel them when totally deflated, and at 5-6 pumps they disappear. Doesn't interfere with anything. Size, no problem. I was 5 3/4 when I measured, and after 2 1/2 years, inflated to the max I am at 6/1/4. I never measured girth pre op, but post op its 5 1/2. Very pleased with size, function, sensitivity. I fully accept and expected that flaccid size would be more rigid than before surgery, and the pump bulb can be felt very easily, however still the benefits far far out weigh any of this. For those that have had complications, I hope you get things taken care of. For my wife and I, it was one of the best decisions of our lives. At 64 years old, I hope to get some mileage from the implant. If it were to fail, I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Pics attached.

Re: 2/1/2 year pics
wow archway....that is truly a spectacular looking package !
Your story and your results certainly should put many people at ease regarding how great things can be with a perfect implant.
For me, (I am four months out), my flaccid looks more like your six pumps. So, I am a little envious of how well you hang.
That being said, my experience was similar to yours (actually easier) in terms of recovery. It is great to have the feedback from somebody more than two years out, I think what happens is that the people with implants that have everything go well soon consider themselves cured of ED and they then move on with their lives without the need to post on FrankTalk since their problem/issue "has been resolved"

(63 yo, Titan 22cm implant Feb 2017 by Dr Eid) I'm super pleased with my length/girth/implant performance. See my story at "The road to becoming a bionic male: Answers ..."

Tangerine: I was really concerned early on that the implant would never soften up. At about 4- 6 months is was fairly pliable, and at 6-8 really softened up. Now when I deflate then squeeze really hard, it first appears a bit flat, then gradually rounds out for a normal appearance, just larger than pre op, but I'm not complaining ! Best of luck to you.

Re: 2/1/2 year pics
Those results look great , congrats man . did it take time (months ) to get your pre-ED length back or did you get that length in a few weeks after the implant, I have been reading that that daily cycling is important too.

Thank you for posting photos and maybe this will help others do the same. The more info we can share the better for others following us. Looks great and once I finish dropping weight, I will also post a side view showing how nice it is to once again have an erection.

Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

This particular thread is a very positive one and the comments show that we shouldnt pre judge aspects of the procedure that are yet to reveal themselves.
We literally must take the journey one day at a time.
Writing here on FT is actually a great way to keep a record of thoughts and observations while reading and observing others varying experiences of this remarkable trip we are all on.
The research paper I shared last week is a must read for Titan owners. It gives a picture of whst to expect over the next couple of years..... and for me it bolstered my optimism about my implant.
Take care bionic brothers

Re: 2/1/2 year pics
Thanks for the photos, it gives me hope. I'm at 4 months post op. Your pics show erections @ 2 O clock and/or slight upward curve - much like i was pre-op, pre ed. My only complaint with the implant is, fully erect I'm now at 3 O clock or less with a downward curve. This changes the sensation for me dramatically, and I'm no longer able to have a orgasm during sex. What really excited me during sex (pre op, pre ed) and pushed me to orgasm, was the stimulation I felt on the top of my of my shaft and glans pushing against my wife's pubic bone, while thrusting. With the downward curve I now have with the implant, I no longer get that sensation. My question is did you guys do anything during your stretching period to create the upward curvature or did that just come with time? (or were you guys just lucky?)
