Nice and looking very good. just take your time and be sure all internal swelling down before trying to inflate or it may smart some. Looks like size is outstanding and the guys trying to decide what to do will appreciate the photos.

Man when i first saw dr.kramer he estimated me at 22cm I was happy with that. When I wake up from the surgery he was very happy to inform me that he put a 26.5 cm! I guess it worth the pain

I noticed you have an incision in your sack. I have it in the pubic area. It seems to me it makes sense to go in there. How they heck did my doctor get the pump down there!

Ahaha thats funny i really dont know how they put the pump in the scrotum from the pubic area. I think you had the infrabubic surgery .
My pain level vary from 0-2 so i didnt take any painkiller . Do you still have pain ?

No, I have no pain. But I had pain in my sack for a week. You don't have to take pain pills at 4 days! That's pretty good. Kramer did an excellent job! It looks great!
