OK almost 24 hours away. Second to the last pump before surgery. It is at the 18.4 cm mark in the VED. What size implant will I get at 7:15 Monday morning? This will be interesting to see if this pumping works. That is my original size before my prostatectomy. A man can dream

I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers!
54 years old, happily married for 30 years to a beautiful & outstanding lady. Onset ED at 49. Finally fixed on 11/08/2017 by the master Dr. Eid with a Titan XL 26, no RTEs! Previously had 3 AMS implants (LGX & CX), all botched.

Godspeed Tybee. I wouldn't worry about. Your doctor would have said something if he thought it was a problem. I'm so glad I don't have to inject anymore!

Re: Ok You make the guess
It seems tha VED is very successful ( I know what problems men have with VED)
Is that a recent photo???
Anyway, I do have a question about glans engorgement.
Many times one can read that one of the disadvantages of penile implant is that glans are not firm, or they are not
inflated along with the shaft, but after seeing one photo of penis structure I do think that is possible to engorge/swell glans naturally even after penile implantation ,since glans are supplied by spongiosum which remains intact during operation.
The only precondition is that one must feel some stimulus or arousal...
Given the fact that once a man is 100% sure he will get hard erection there is no more performance anxiety which brings back
sexual desire.
I can imagine that feeling confident about erection increases sexual desire.
I would like that somebody confirms my conclusion about glans swelling after penile implantation( I am trying to collect as many as possible information).
Penile implantation does not provide glans swelling, but natural way of glans engorgement remains option after implantation, as it is not destroyed by operation, and it depends on sexual arousal which is much easier once we are free of thinking about shaft erection.
Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

Re: Ok You make the guess
I have found ans answer on this topic.

Judging by the posts on that topic implant definitely does not provide hard glans, but it does not disables glans swell/engorgement either, since glans are supplied by spongiosum(unaffected by operation).
Glans swelling even after operation depends solely on one's sexual desire/arousal.

It was taken last night I have been pumping with a VED for the last 16 months for therapy from my Prostatectomy. It really has help me gain back the 1 1/2 I lost. I did not do it for this but my doctor wants his patients to pump for at less 6 weeks leading up to surgery. His orders lot of doctors do not think it maters. I don't see how it can hurt

Thank You very much for Your answer.
I did not try almost anything yet (I am about to take usual route... some pills, VED...etc)
Not sure what is my condition yet because I had similar period in past ( not very long)...
But it is very good to be prepared.
Thinking about what VED to buy...what manufacturer
Definitely I decided to get both : water and air pump
For practice(water) and maybe for sex.(air)..
My size is very similar...I remember when I was teenager (now 46 of age) I measured 19 cm with very good girth
I do not have Peyrones...but my thing is bent donwards ( there is some curve) and to the left of the imagined axial line...
It was not stopping me during intercourse, but I had some pain during sex because of my curvatory penis...
Maybe these pumps can help making it more straight...
Anyway I wish You all the best with your surgery...
Sooner or later It is our destiny because sooner or later even if everything is OK , we will not be able to perform
to the level we dream of...
