How long to inflate?

Question for anyone... Is this normal to take 30 minutes to inflate an Implant? Either an AMS or a Titan? And 50 to 100 pumps? Is that about the number of pumps for AMS and Titan?...

I think time spent depends on dexterity and in which stage of the implant healing you are. AMS pushes less amount of saline per pump than Titans. But the 30 minutes isn't the norm...

For the amount of pumps, it depends on the brand, and cylinders size. In my case, my AMS 24cm, it needs 50-60.

Yes, that makes sense. So when fully healed?... 50 to 60 pumps.. can this be done in 1 minute? 5 minutes? 10 minutes?...

At lease the title to this thread is correct for my question haha...

I think the implant is broken...meaning not all pumps going into the tubes, but back into the reservoir. I got to 300 pumps, it hadn't gotten any bigger after 100. After 300, when I pushed the deflate button, it deflated, but at no time was the penis skin taut either in length or in girth. I certainly won't go through this surgery again since it allowed me to find my penis to pee out of, and I had lost my penis entirely. But there should be some change somewhere when the two sides of the bulb are touching each other with each squeeze, then let go to re-inflate the bulb. I think some is going back to the reservoir.

I wonder if women (impatient with the time it takes for an implanted man to pump up) consider the impatience of your average man with the time it takes for most women to "get ready" for sex and to come to orgasm?

Michaelm, Don't panic, it may not be broken. At first i couldn't squeeze the bulb at all. Later I got it to inflate but then I had a similar experience where I could pump all day and it wouldn't inflate all the way. Also had instances of auto deflating. I think the deflate button gets stuck sometimes. Whenever it seems to be malfunctioning,(which is rare) I let it rest then try again at the end of the day and it starts working again. Someone in one of these threads posted the telephone number for the AMS rep. If problems continue, I'd call the rep and see what they say. Good luck

Maybe the doctor can help you, or let you talk with a patient with an implant. I don't think it should take you that long, brother.

Titan takes about 30 pretty quick pumps that get progressively harder to squeeze to feel 'uncomfortable' during cycling twice daily.
Ready for sex? Maybe 22 pumps and ready in 20 seconds easy..... my girl doesn't even notice me pumping it up..... for me its a no fuss procedure

My AMS takes about 30 pumps and I'm good to go. If she wanti more dick, I just pump up some more but 30 is good for penetrative sex. Good stiff and hard.

Any AMS users want to chime in? I figure anything under a minute (60 seconds) is awesome.
Even 2 minutes.... . But 30 minutes... not good.
