My trimix crystallized after freezing. Brought to room temp and tried shaking the hell out of it and still crystals. And the potency went down to zero.
Called Uro who called compounding pharmacy. They wanted all the info numbers on the bottle.
Bottom line is they said they had several vials from that batch that did crystallize. They sent me a new bottle.
I was thinking that freezing it was the problem but when I got the new bottle the label right on the bottle said "freeze after use".
We'll see what happens. Now I'm worried about freezing it.

I have always frozen.. either the bottle, syringes, or both.
Typically I thaw the bottle, fill maybe 5 syringes, then freeze the bottle and 4 syringes.
I use the 5th.
When I need more, I thaw and repeat.
Once thawed, I have always had clear clean TriMix. Same for syringes.
I think that was a bad batch.
