or you are numbness in all the penis? Any nerve is touched in the insertion of the implant?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Skill and experience of the surgeon is a major determinant...and sometimes a bit of luck.

Oftentimes, feeling returnd aftee a few months.

May I recommend you take several hours over this weekend and read through threads. This will give you a sense of what it is like to have an implant.

Entry through the scrotum is generally thiught to be less risky for nerve dan
mage. Fewer nerves serving the penis, but DO NOT TAKE MY WORD AS GOSPEL. Your surgeon is in a MUCH better position to answer this.

You will be totally numb only until the anesthetic wears off. After that, most men report no (or very little) loss of feeling and sensation, both during normal activities and during sex. This from my reading of pretty much two years of posts on FrankTalk and a couple of other support groups.

I have not had any numbness in my penis because of my implant. In fact, some guys have said that their penis is more sensitive with the implant because having a hard dick causes more (good) sensations for them than having a soft one. Just sharing what I've heard from others.

I would wonder more whether the feeling is similar to when one used to get natural erections

From what I gather that has to do with whether your glans get engorged, but I'm sure implantees would be more knowledgeable / able to chime in
