For those worried about Titan OTR length/girth

Hello Bionic Bros. I had a Titan OTR installed on May 25,2017. I've been inflating the last week but worried about the length. If I measure from pubic bone to tip I get 5.8 in. I was at 6.6 before the surgery. Also, I tried intercourse and my wife complains it seems soft and a lot of loose skin. The glans is not fully hard. Will this go away? Did my doc put in the wrong size cylinders? I have 18 cm plus rear tip extender. Thanks for any advice. I'm only 42.

You should really start your own topic ... however I think after 1 month you are expecting way too much ... are you pumping daily? It will take about 6 months to reach maximum ...

If wife says it's too soft ... are you pumped as much as you can squeeze? As for the soft glans ... a Implant can't help that. You can try a Viagra or similar to see if that helps ... Often times you will need more "stimulation" (oral)

Give it time ... you will be fine with the results ... and no more ED!!

I will engage in a bit of speculation.

The inflatable tubes cause the tunica to become rigid. Outside the tunica, all that flesh (corpus spongiosm, subcutaneous fat, loose skin blood vessels, all are just as they were before your implant.

(The advice about) oral medications to increase tumescence of the spongiosum is sometimes necessary.

(The advice about) oral stimulation to increase tumescence is also valid.

Continued penile-vaginal stimulation can sometimes provide tumescence to the spongiosum as well, so convince your wife to hang in there. Trying other positions can often help her sensations, especially positions that hit her clitoris better or put more pressure on her "G" spot. Try studying up the old "how to" manual, "The Joy of Sex" and others.

I hope your wife comes to feel your glass is half full rather than half empty, as you can now at least achieve penetration and maintain that for a long time.

Has anyone saw any increase in length and girth after a year? I had surgery in March of this year and when I pump to the max, it still burns like hell. I must assume after reading the article my pain is caused by the tips trying to push thru the coffin effect or scar tissue from surgery. Anyone found any way to reduce the pain, over an hour of intense pain isn't something I get excited about but am willing to do my part to end up with better results. Currently not happy with the length I was promised. I just haven't heard of anyone increasing their length with the Titan, I thought your flaccid and erect are the samewith the Titan?

Sam I AM, I have the same implant you do. I have taken to inflating as tight as I can get it, at least once and usually twice a day, for a minimum of an hour. What you refer to as pain, seems to me to be a large increase in the erotic sensation you get with an erection, to the point that it isn't as erotic as it was. I've been doing this twice a day for about 6 weeks now, and I see a significant decrease in the unpleasant sensation, coupled with a very, very slight increase in penis size. I have every intention to continue this regimen for as long as I get good results.

Sam I AM, I forgot you mentioned flaccid size. Yes, the difference between my flaccid and erect size is very small, no more than 1 half inch, maybe less. Circumference, while I haven't measured it, seems to increase quite a bit when erect. I really enjoy the major increase in flaccid length. You might like to fine my thread "David's Journey and Circumcision."

If you look in the thread "2 1/2 year pics" you can see the increase i have between flaccid and erect. I change from 140mm flaccid to 170mm erect.... That is more than an inch.
My urologist told me to keep cycling for 12 months. I inflate for 15 mins each time. At approx 155 days i am beginning to see a slight change/increase in girth. Initially i was a bit flat just behind the glans. Cycling seems to be restoring my normal (rounder) shape.
My doc hinted at an increase in length and girth over a long period.
I posted a research paper in another post relating to Titan implants that supports this possibility.

Wow, super encouraging, and not surprising.
For me, I decided that the risks were worth it for penile implant based on what I read in the scientific literature. (In contrast to what I read here at FrankTalk, there are such disasters, that I likely would never have done it).

The interesting part of the paper for me was that things continue to get better for two years. A frankTalk bro once told me that "things get even better over your first year". The data from this paper confirms that.

Also, over and over and over again, the patient satisfaction with penile implant is around 93%---shown in multiple sources and multiple studies. This is illustrated in this paper's data with the following recommend.jpg


Also, the confidence of a man is also "off the charts" which goes to a statement one of my Dr. Eid fellow patients (we support each other through a volunteer phone list) which was :

"DUDE, WHEN YOU WALK INTO THE BEDROOM WITH A WOMAN, THERE IS NO QUESTION THAT YOU WILL PERFORM LIKE THE BOSS"

So, I for one, am ecstatic over my implant length, function, size, rigidity. The implant has cured me of ED and my outlook is really great !
