Nola,

He pulled it back out and stuck it in himself and had me push the plunger and there was no resistance at all.

Whoaaaa you have an awesome doc there if he pulled out his own willie and stuck it to show you how it's done! :D

Now that's what I call Full Service Health Care! :D

Just kiddin' .....

For anyone debating how much on first shot:

On a more serious subject -- about the 30u on first injection. I too allowed my clueless Uro to use 30u the first time against my better judgement .. and for me I knew it might be way too much as my own batch of Trimix I was using around 10-15u for 6 months leading up to my first Official Trimix. That babie lasted a full 4 hours but luckily I was experienced in getting things down so no go to the ER. My next shot at 20u was still 4hrs .. and even 10u was 3-4 hours. So some of us are just highly sensitive to Trimix.

Starting at 10u is no big deal -- if it doesn't do much then even double it.

Have at it and report back!

Now that's funny!
I guess I should be more careful about pronoun placement, huh?

My report...

In a word WOW, welcome back. thanks to all the support that i've received here.

Picked up the TRIMIX yesterday from the pharmacy, $100 and another $10 for the syringes. I was all spooked out about the needle and didn't have to be. The Dr. had written 29 gauge, but the pharmacist gave me 31's 8mm and said they would work better. After seeing the length of the needle i was relieved. I've been giving myself lowT shots in the thigh with a 28 gauge needle that is alot longer, so I was thinking that this one would be just a bit smaller. It was much smaller.

I used to be able to use pills to get an erection, but they haven't worked in over a year. Last night i decided to just take a Levitra, an hour prior, thinking that it couldn't hurt and they were no use to my anymore, so might as well get rid of them. To my great surprise, it worked, and well. After that, it was over for both of us and I knew that I would not be getting another erection. After making a big deal about the TRIMIX and just being curious how it would work, and her not so subtle prompting, I did the injection.

The DR. had wanted me to start with .3 cc, but after reading post here, I thought that might be too much, so I did .2 cc. Since I had just been hard, there was a good target, a little stick with a little needle and it was all over. Ten minutes later, we were back in business. Counting the first time on Levitra, I was able to come three times, a personal record ;). After 2 1/2 hours , we were well spent and I was still hard. I began to worry about it coming down. I took 2 Sudafeds and it was back to almost normal in about 30 minutes.

Today there is a little bruise at the injection site and i have loads of energy. Swam a mile in record time. I'm thinking that I will use .1 cc next time, looking for an hour, which is enough time. After that much time, it's time for a sandwich... How often can you inject???? I don't know what to think with the pills. I guess I'll continue to try them and see what happens. After 2 1/2 hours of erection, I don't think that she is going to let me go back :)

Jeff,
How often can you inject????

Most doc's will say twice a week .. or every other day. In a pinch, if the Missus demands it, you can always do two days in a row.

I think the reasoning for no less that 24 hours is that the Doc's want it out of your system (meaning Willie) before you go again to prevent a 4+ hr erection. So 24 hours is just SWAG on that I think.

Jeff,

Doc told me every other day or 48 hours between shots. Once I "cheated" and shot up 2 days in a row. Let me tell you, Little G was sore. Won't do that again.

Best wishes for continued success.

I am reading those posts about erections that last for hours and getting envy... 8-)
In my case with 1 ml of tri-mix I got a "wake up" that lasted 2 min only.
Then with 1 ml of quadie-mix (or whatever that's called) there were only 2 min of really good erection followed by 1 min of the decreasing one before my lazy bastard went for a nap

Danny,

If you think you have some Venous Leak there, here is an idea that I stumbled across while using Trimix-Gel and other diluted PGE-1 (intra-urethral). To keep the liquid in I took a couple of old sex shop silicone rings -- which are very low tension and placed a couple not at the base, but instead just under the glans/head. I am circumcised so no extra skin to get out of the way or anything.

But what happens is that even with a very weak solution and erection (which i only use for rehab, not for intercourse) can be revved up quite a bit to good hardness (and for some hours even) by the rings holding back the blood flow, not at the base but near the top. I think if you were to find a artery/vein "invisible penis' diagram you would see that a lot of the veins come down from the top -- makes sense.

I will add a link to show you the rings .. just clear silicone with little round molded beads (For Her Pleasure" -- as the adprint would say).

It is a different approach to holding back the blood flow. Might work!

Hi JimStars
Yes I do have venous leak so that explains why injections do not help too much. Though I am not sure I understood why you think the ring around the glans would help. From I know the in-flow vein is located closer to the centre of the penis while out-flow ones are closer to the skin. That’s why the ring is supposed to help – it just restricts the “opposite traffic”.
If you restrict the blood flow only at the glans level how does it help with the rest of the penis?

Thank you

A couple of comments. I'm bionic now but injected for over a year. Greg nailed it pretty good with my experience.

I had issues putting the needle in too far (31 gauge 5/16") and the plunger wouldn't go, I was "bottomed out". I got the ring from my pump and slipped it on my penis and reached below by the scrotum and squeezed the penis a bit to force enough blood up to "plump" him a bit, a little less than 1/2 staff, if you get my drift. That avoided the bottoming problem, made it easier to find the right spot, and stabilized the little guy while I was trying to stick him. My compounding pharmacist also told me to leave the ring on (or squeeze the bottom of the penis to trap the medication) for about 5 minutes while working the medication throughout my penis. At the end of 5 minutes, I had a head popping, blue vein, throbbing boner! It was so hard it hurt, so I took off the ring and went on to the main event.

Oh, dosage. I wouldn't go over 10 units the first time. There are 100 units in a cc (or mL), my dosage was 20 units of quad mix. One thing you will find out is the docs don't know about dosage, talk to the pharmacist, mine was super.

Have fun!
