Hard sex with implant

sorry for my bad english, so I'll be short with my request ..

with my awesome Titan I'm having sex with more young girls (I'm 40), almost everybody of them loves strong penetrations..vaginal and anal penetration with noisy and decisive shots. My fear is that repeated thrusts and contacts between my abdomen and balls and their body can it cause damage to the tubes inside the scrotum or on reservoir in my abdomen. I fear any premature leackage.

I also had anal penetration with 4 girls with virgin ass, and getting in their very tight hole caused momentary bendings of my implant during first trues. After having lubricated their hole, everything was perfect.

what do you think about ?

I'm much older.... My roughest sex comes with a "cowgirl" vigorously riding me.... Implant is made to be used. If you don't use it, what's the point? Envious. Wish I would have had an implant at your age. Cheers

When were you implanted and what do you have? What cycling regime have you followed?
68,Titan Touch 22cm+1.5cm rte's op done in Melbourne Aust by Dr Chris Love-Feb 2017 Venous leakage over a 2 year period, did pills and Caverject. Length@ 3 1/2years is: 7+” erect, 6.5” flaccid and almost 6” girth. REZUM Feb 21 ejaculation now normal.
