I am happy to report thay I have discovered a solution that satisfactorily addresses the issue of my floppy glans. Many of you will remember that my doctor implanted me with an undersized Titan. This caused the end and head of my penis to flop around because i had a 6-inch implant in an 8+ inch dick. For a year I have been experimenting and discovered an old technology that came to my aid. A Cock Ring.
The implants destroy the ability of the top chambers (corpus cavernosum) to get an erection but the under-chamber (corpus spongiosum) and glans can inflate. By kegaling I can push blood into them which is trapped by the CR. If i wear a CR and stroke a bit, the spongiosum becomes partially erect and inflates the glans. This stabalizes the formerly floppy end of the shaft that was unsupported. My penis even gets veiny again with the cock ring. So I am rather pleased now and in no hurry to have another surgery....considering all the risks, discomfort and expense. It is not as good as a properly fitting implant....but it is very usable.

Hey man
I am so happy for you. As a fellow believer in the benefits of Thundersplace, I have grieved for you every time I saw you post on your losses with the Titan.
So now you get to enjoy all the benefit of all your "hard" earned work.
So happy for your discovery and the resolution of your angst.
What next on your journey? Sounds like the goodness of God answering your prayers.

I got 1 word - FANTASTIC!!
You went thru a lot, glad to here you can now start to reap some benefit. Funny thing, I was wondering just the other day if using a cock ring would help the glans to engorge. I guess you answered my question!

Re: Floppy glans....problem solved
Wow, glad to hear about such a simple solution working so well for you-congrats!
I was hoping you could give us a little more info about the CR you are using. Is it the type at the base of the shaft? Just the rubber ring style or an adjustable one? How did you figure out the correct sizing with the implant? Does it hurt at all when it is on tight?
The reason i ask is that I was hoping to use one of these to get the head nice and hard as mine does not inflate much at all yet (only 4.5 weeks post op). I have not really inflated much yet, but the couple of times I have it has been noticeable. I know most get this ability back at some point, but this would be a pretty good interim solution.
Thanks,
Bob

Re: Floppy glans....problem solved
I'm really happy for you. It seems that you have found a way to make lemonade from a lemon situation. I want to add this, using warmest possible water (without pain) and a pulsating shower massage, you can promote blood flow, speed healing (if needed), and thicken things up. It worked wonders for my Glans. Mine gets about 15 mins. of very warm pulsating water every day, sometimes twice, and it's made a heck of a difference. The pulsating water palpates the blood vessels and causes engorgement, the heated water dilates the existing blood vessels and helps new feeder capillaries to form.
I had a revision (mine was the pump and tubes). I'm wondering if it was the right thing to do now. I won't know for months I suppose, but I'm a little panicked about it. But if it's not right still, there will be another revision one way or the other, but I pray it's not going to be needed.

Wow, we're using our heads finally. Congrats on brainstorming and finding a solution to a problem "G"---one that is facing many of us.
However, I found that the penile sleeve worked for me and I had an awesome turn-on regaining my hardness in the glans. Wow!
It seems like a little thing to worry about, but it sure makes the difference to both partners.

Titan implanted by Dr Eid Due to Peyronies, Implant was the only option for me.

Glad to know your problem is solved to your satisfaction...you are fortunate you found one that works...GREAT! I'm still working on mine...got it on Monday, 7 Nov and have high hopes for it. Can't imagine the disappointment if I found out it was put in wrong.
