Hi,

I've been on this forum sometime and won't go into the back story.

I have a severe venous leak and have implant surgery booked for May 20th. I just want to know from anyone that has the same condition or anyone in fact that's got their implant and and are over the moon with it.

I'm right scared and just need reassurance.

I also have suffered from venous leak and for the most part my implant has solved that issue for me except for my penis girth being smaller because our urethra and head of the penis makes up a good amount of our girth according to Dr Kramer who is an excellent surgeon who I would recommend. The pump is easy to use and I get a pretty solid erection with only 10 pumps however I usually put in 20 pumps to maximize my size. The reason why I question whether I should have got an implant or not is because I would get pretty solid (not rock hard) erections with using 50 MG of Viagra with a cock ring however it would be difficult to have my GF get on top since my penis would bend and now I no longer have that issue. It would be fine when I was on top.

I would just use a silicon ring that I would place around the base of my penis and testicles. I do have a pump however I would not use it when I was using the ring but I know some people that do.
