2 Weeks Post Op

Postby Tybeeman » Mon Jul 10, 2017 8:11 am

I am 2 weeks post op today and I can tell you I have not been this sore the whole time. I cant imagine having to go back to a physical job. Interesting how different everyone's recovery is. I have had very little pain the whole time and then this. But pump is sitting down in the bottom and behind the nuts, the swelling is gone. Color is back into my shaft and the sack is fading, incision looks perfect. Any tips on this soreness would help. I think I start heat today instead of ice

Yeah, it's weird how you can feel so good, and then all of sudden out of no where, soreness. I took 2 weeks off from work. I was all set to go back at the start of the second week. But when I saw my doctor on the first week post op visit, he said that he would like for me to stay home another week. :D I was ok with that, I had lots of sick time accrued. Woke up today not even noticing my pump. It was sore in that area yesterday. I think you are lucky that the pump is behind your balls. I would have preferred that location. Mine is located in the front of my right nut. Hmm, I wonder if I can persuade it to go back there. Maybe the heat will help you, or a hot bath.
