Guys,
Every guy who is implanted will tell you, it is your final option. Most of them with also tell you that it's the best thing they ever did and many wish they had it done sooner. The implant is God's gift to man. I love my new dick.

I went from pills to Injecting and have been a happy campy camper for some time. Implant is a great option...but not the only one nor most desirable in some circumstances.
By the way if the injection are so great what you doing over here reading about implants?
Tybeeman, what is your purpose for your question?
I hope it is not to discourage comment from non-implanted men.

I am glad that I had not seen an implant video (back in 2002), because (1) it would have grossed me out (I'm not a medical professional) and (2) I would have thought to myself (probably), "How in the world can I let somebody do that to my dick??"

Whose post? Alibaba (twice implanted) who says (correctly) that implants do fail, or Rahod1 who stated, "Implant is a great option...but not the only one nor the most desirable in some circumstances."
Both posts inject a note of (balancing) truth in a forum that sometimes is unalloyed praise for implantation. Just because this section's title is "Implants" does not exclude negative truths nor probing questions.
Dissent strengthens the debate and gives perspective to men seeking fair and balanced information on any subject. I would hate to contemplate what would happen if all contrary posts were absent from the forum; a man better served by some other treatment might be encouraged to pursue an unwarranted implant. I know you from your PMs to me that you support "pulling back the curtain" on praise for a man or a method without critical examination

Re: Face it guys
Here I am hoping to have a second run at this. First implant good for 4 1/2 great years.
Now the hard question, would I have gone directly to the implant without having sampled some of the alternatives first? NO! When injections quit, I studied implants for a while and then took the plunge. This is a choice where you decide and then do; no second guessing, no what ifs, and if it ain't right then your still stuck. For me it was great.

Re: Face it guys
Rahod,
Please take a look at my name on the site SHOOTER 1000. I had over 1500 injections when I had to make the tough decision to move to an implant. Like Donnie, my second battle with prostate cancer required 35 radiation treatments. I was up to an entire syringe of trimix and still had leak down. Shots are great when they are working, and I don't believe that anyone on the implant forum is suggesting that implants are better. It is simply a choice for those where the shots work, but for many there is no choice.
That said, I love the ability to be spontaneous now. Also I can go on forever if I want to. I just got back from a trip to Italy. I never had to give it a thought. No travel kits or stuff to get through security. Also, I can do things with this hard rod that i couldn't ever do with shots or even "back in the day"
Relax and enjoy your shots.....just remember that if they ever let you down you have another option.
Best to you.

Shooter, I don't know how you did it. I bet I injected a 100 times and I had bad scaring and starting to curve to the left. With not much luck.
