I also have a floppy glans.
Would like to see more from genome about the CR and from mikesan about the penile sleeve.
Also, I was wondering if a CR is recommended with an implant?

Re: Floppy glans....problem solved
I ordered the one in the pump section of the FT index. There are 3 sizes and I took a chance and got the medium. It is easily put on and it did wonders for the "floppy head" syndrome. I do the 2.5 Cialis regimen because I have peyronies. I was surprised how big and hard the glans got and I had more feeling and was able to achieve an orgasm easily. I asked my wife if she felt any part of the sleeve and only commented it was great.
It was cheap and it did the trick for me. i am having an implant next month and was already told that the implant won't affect the glans. However, i was told that after the implant, I could use a pump "down the road" to inflate the head. Doc said it would be no problem.

Titan implanted by Dr Eid Due to Peyronies, Implant was the only option for me.

Genome,
I have thought about using my old cock constricting bands (Osbone). They worked very well with the VED (before my implant). I wonder if there is much danger to the implant cylinders if I use the VED and constricting bands again. Do you know?

This is all pretty scary stuff! My doctor warned me under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should I do the things that you're talking about here. There are too many things (tubes, etc.) that can be pinched, bent and basically just "ruined". I know that a man needs to use his penis tho so I'll wish you well. Enjoy!
62. Retired. AMS 700 LGX implanted Nov. 18, 2013. Ask me any questions about being implanted or life afterwards.

That's exactly what my Dr. said as well.

A CR at the base should be as far as someone goes. A condom does this similar effect. But I agree with what the Dr says.

Go to the general discussion forum and look for the thread about ..........Cheap, home-made cock rings..... by me. I use one of these with a soft but firm grip......NOT TOO TIGHT. After cutting the rings from a bicycle innertube...stretch it until it is the right firmness.

Really glad to hear of your successful solution. I can only imagine your relief. Thanks for sharing. I just got my implant on 7 Nov and know how I'd feel if that were me.
Age 63 married 41 years...2 kids and 2 grandkids. Had robotic RP in Apr 2008. Negative PSA since then. Suffered ED initially from Type II diabetes and then the RP. Had AMS700 LGX implant on 7 Nov 11.

Here is a pic of penis with "inner tube constriction ring." Implants are not inflated. This is fully flaccid. But notice the glans is full and there are veins.....and the whole shaft is plump. Glans was far less floppy after i inflated the implants. You can see the ring is not tight...not cutting into the shaft. Just snug enough to hold blood in the corpus spongiosum and Glans.

Just a thought, but I'm guessing this reduces or eliminates the Oval Penis effect that many of us have. I'm going to try this too once my revision is fully healed. Hey, you may have started a new fad
