Right side better than the left
Right side better than the left
I have found that when I inject on the right side I get much better results than when I inject on the left side. Has anyone else experienced this? Any guess why? I know I'm supposed to alternate sides, but what percentage of the time can I safely inject on the right side?

Re: Right side better than the left
Dear Friend,
Although it could be some anatomical differences between the two sides, but it's more likely that the deducts differed because of your dexterity. If you are right handed it's more likely that you do a better job on the right hand side.
To make it less dependent on dexterity I'd suggest you to get a Autoject so you can unilize both sides and avoid fibrosis on the right side.
All the best!

Re: Right side better than the left
I'm right handed but have always preferred injecting on the left side. I guess that's where I started. I go weeks at a time without injecting on the right side, then remember to do so and do that for a few weeks. One thing I have noticed is that finding the sweet spot is easier on the left. I asked the doc about this and he was non-committal. Using Trimix since 2010. The penis is a strange and wonderful thing, eh?

Re: Right side better than the left
I too have had similar experiences...I'm right handed but injecting on the left seems to work better....at times it's a very noticeable difference....It can be exhausting trying to figure the little guy out, so I just try my best to "go with the flow"...sort a speak..

I found that results on the LOWER LEFT (near base) had initial problems...so I never inject there. All other areas left vs right are the same. I use THREE locations on the left and FOUR on the right. All spaced about 3/4" apart.
Re: Right side better than the left
For me being right handed injecting on the right is easier. I also find it easier on the right as I have more difficulty finding a spot without obvious veins on the left. However, I haven't noticed a difference with results. I continue to alternate sides each time.
