Well, got activated. He gave it about 8 pumps. It didn't look as long as it was. So I go to a ride aid and pump it up. I could get about 10 pumps in. Damn thing is slippery. Its a little harder to pump than what thought. I'm glad he placed the pump in the front, as it is difficult to hold as it is. But I measured it with my phone, and then found a ruler in the store. Damn, only 4 1/4 ". I sure hope I can get more back. What do you think?

Well i tried pumping it again. Another public bathroom.This time it was a little easier. Managed to get about 12 pumps. Doc tells me to hit the deflate button and listen for the sound and wait for it to stop. Then bend it. I do that but i can't completely empty the cylinders. Another member said it's easier to do if you are laying on your back.

Doing the math, then you have a scar tissue capsule forming (inside your corpora cavernosum) around the inflatable tubes that needs to be stretched/broken up over time by about an inch and a half. This is uncomfortable, but necessary. I (inexperienced, but having read a bit) suggest the stretching/breakup regimen be pursued aggresively.

Check with your surgeon and mention the pseudo-capsule "coffin effect". There are a couple of threads on FrankTslk on the subject you might find helpful, especially the article by Caraceni, et al.

I pumped it up to maybe 14, it started to hurt. Got to 4 3/4". Man, maybe I shouldn't had waited so long. I read about the coffin effect. My doctor didn't say anything about it.

Can't seem to completely drain the cylinders. It gets to a certain point and that's it. They are still hard.
