Welcome to the forum. I found this several months ago and it has been a great help. I was implanted July 18th 8 days ago. I'm still at home recovering. Be ready for the recovery. My doc wasn't very informative about that part or I just didn't want to hear it. He told me two weeks on my ass. I thought yea 5 days I'll be back in my office. It's 8 days and I'm not in my office. I have problems standing to take a piss. I don't know why but the addition of that pump in your sack really throws you. Just make sure you know what your in for. On day 3 you will wonder what the hell did I do? That passes and I would do it all over again. After 10 years of ed I'm great full for a solution. I can feel like a man again.. diabetic type 2 five heart bypasses in 2013. Was implanted local in Philly by my urologist. Did a great job.
Thank you Jerry for information. I guess the complications and recovery does make me uneasy, but I am hopeful and encouraged by your message and the success rate of others.

Welcome to Frank Talk. Don't get too freaked out about recovery. As you read through the posts you will see that there are many different recoveries ranging from, shit, nothin it all the way to anyone know a good lawyer, I need to get my will done immediately One thing I will say and I doubt ANYONE will disagree, if you have the implant, following the surgery, lay on your ass and stay there until the doctor and you body say it's ok to return to work. Nobody will be impressed by the hero that returns to work the next day. Get yourself a bag of corn or peas (they make great ice packs), take your pain meds and stay in bed. After your done healing you will be a sex machine. Again, welcome and don't be afraid to ask ANYTHING. There are many members here with all different kinds of ED treatments, dick sizes range from a kernel of corn to an elephants trunk. Consider creating a signature (like most of the other guys). It gives us a snipit of info about you when we are answering questions.
