I've had my best results cycling twice a day. Try it. I also had trouble climaxing by intercourse as well. I stopped masturbating, and it helped a lot. Question....you said best results. What does that mean ? Growth ? Length & girth ? Also, what does your cycling consist of. You said twice a day. Do you pump full & how long do you hold it for. I only been cycling a short time & i do once daily & hold 50-60 minutes. Im curious & looking for options/suggestions always. Thanks

Twice a day at least an hour preferably more. Actually gained a lil size versus pre op. Normal meaning sensation and climax the same as pre implant.

With my Titan I try to cycle morning and night for at least 15 mins pumped to the max, this causes my glans to throb....I keep it for as long as I can handle it..... sometimes up to 30/60 mins.
I am not convinced I will gain any length doing this (currently a couple of mm under 170mm, depending on arousal) however I am seeing gains in girth expansion, currently about 140mm but I have a feeling (painful one!) that this will increase through cycling.
It sort of stands to reason as the cylinders are, in my view, what they are, and, unlikely to increase length against nature however they do have the capacity to expand sideways.
I will be 'over the moon' happy if I can increase my circumference from where it currently is. Indeed I am completely satisfied with what I have right now......as is my girlfriend!

You are correct, it's difficult to devote 2 hrs a day to inflating your dick. I reckon the commonsense solution is consistency..... actually doing it for 15 to 30 mins every day must have an effect and be better than doing nothing.
Also, my GF has worked out that she prefers me fully inflated with a couple of ml let out so my cock is a little more forgiving rather than like having it feel like a crowbar.

Smetro, you say you pump to the max getting your glans to throb. When I pump to the max, I don't feel anything except knowing I have a hard on. I can give it 100 pumps without pain or throbbing sensation. Always been like that. How many pumps does it take you to get to the max?
Lost, I did sensitivity testing - seems fine. No loss of sensitivity. I'm beginning to suspect my new erection angle might be why I can't orgasm with intercourse. (4 o'clock now versus 2 o'clock pre op). Totally different sensation now - much less stimulating on my shaft.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to improve this? I've heard some mention ov modeling but don't know what that is.

Advice for you on a sex position to try is "reverse cowgirl". So you on your back and your lady straddles you facing away. Stimulates the penis from the angle for which your erection points. She then controls the speed and dept of penetration. Just need to be careful she doesnt pull too far off and slam down on your unit should it slip out in case things get crazy wild. Also the view is great. Try it. Good luck !

From what I read on here, there are differences between how Titan's behave and AMS behaves with regard to pumping.
Not sure about yours but my Titan gets to seriously hard in 25 pumps where it feels like it won't take anymore however it does, I just have to use 2 hands and squeeze the fuck out of the bulb. When I do squeeze hard...and slow...it pushes more fluid into the cylinders and this makes the glans and just behind very, very uncomfortable.
I have shared an article/study about this 'cycling' that seems to maximise the Titan's potential for length and girth.

Reverse cowgirl seems like a very good idea Bandit. I have a bit of the same issue but I point up at 2o'clock so I cant blame that.......I think my sensitivity is slowly coming back. Like so many aspects of this journey patience and persistence seems to be the game.
