I noticed that when I have it pumped up, I'm up to about 12 pumps, my penis is twisted to the left (counter clockwise) a little. It is at pretty straight, maybe a slight lean left. Not complaining, just wondering if anyone else is like this.
On another note, little sore from pumping it to 10, and holding for 10 minutes.

My first implant was twisted,this on better but this one is clearly twisted flaccid. If I REALLY wring it out flat it is almost 80 degrees twisted.

Both, my first and my current implants, twist clockwise as I pump. It is related to the excess tubing that healed stuck to the cavernosa, which forces the shaft to rotate on its axis. Not even talking about the discomfort and pain it creates.
54 years old, happily married for 30 years to a beautiful & outstanding lady. Onset ED at 49. Finally fixed on 11/08/2017 by the master Dr. Eid with a Titan XL 26, no RTEs! Previously had 3 AMS implants (LGX & CX), all botched.

Correction. Likely about 80 degrees. Not quite 90 ( 1/4 turn). Will correct my post. Aggravated at radiology answer about MRI but otherwise good. Posted in revision 2017 thread. d

I think it has to do with what side the tubing goes down from reservoir. Infrapubic you have all 3 tubes wrapping around 1 side. scrotal 1. Infrapubic to scrotal revision there has to be scar tissue from the old tubing runs. Who knows? Just speculation. No answers are ever derived without there being a question. We could start a dinner theater with all the mystery implant questions.

Yep, all three of the tubes are on the right side.

Yes, mine is biased to the left but straightens up when inflated......seems pretty common.
Works well for oral warm-up with my GF laying to my left.....dick points the right way!
