No, this does not look normal. It sure looks inflamed. It looks like the pump is sitting too high. Maybe the tubes are hung up somewhere. Call the doctor man!

Im not a dr & im just guessing from what i see in pictures but looks like your right nut went thru the front around your tubing. Wonder if not to painful, maybe you could massage it back. Seems that is what holds the nut up & pulls the pump tight. May be just a case of repositioning. Just a guess like i said but thats how it looks. Dont know if trying this could help before you see a dr. Good luck !

Is the reddish area hot to the tiuch? That would be serious and concerning, maybe worthy of an emergency room visit but call your surgeon and primary care physician first.

I'm out of the country for the next few weeks.... I will see the surgeon when I return.... The biggest issue right now is the numbness/inability to orgasm.
