Hello from Italy!

Postby Alzozero » Tue Jul 18, 2017 1:00 pm

Hi guys! Fellow sufferer from Italy reporting in.

I'm a 23 (soon-to-be 24) year-old guy and I feel as if I have reached the end of the line. Not joking. it all started four months ago, when I foolishly decided to give jelqing a try... would've loved some gains, ended up with nerve damage and a crippling depression instead! Truth to be told, it's all my fault anyway. Should've known better.

I only did stretching exercises once but I knew straight away that something wasn't right; while I was doing the deed there was no pain but at a certain point my erection was gone in a matter seconds and with it most of my sensitivity. The next time I managed to get it up I felt a like a sting and it went down again. Back then I could still pee fine though so I thought that all I needed was some rest and medical attention; the next day I went to an urologist, paid a few hundred quid out of my own pocket only to get told that everything was fine and that would've been okay in two weeks, a few months maybe. No sir. A few months my fat Eye-talian arse!

Two andrologists and 500 EUR later there's been little improvement and I may have made things worse by fapping.

My current situation:

1) I still have nocturnal erections but I can barely feel them and they usually go away in little to no time.

2) No spontaneous erections, either. Neither porn nor fantasies do arouse me anymore - the only way is via manual stimulation and even then my erections barely last the time of a wank. Not ideal this, nope, no, not at all.

3) Orgasms are weak and quite a few times I ejaculated not feeling anything - anything! - at all. :(

4) My pshrink suggested I try another hand. Got those nerves inflamed and can't feel the urge to pee anymore.

5) Had a penile ecocoourdoppler done, both with a flaccid and erect penis (with Caverject). Nothing unusual, no Peyronie's - albeit my penis now hangs to the left when flaccid as I apparently managed to strain my suspensory ligament - plus my bloodflow is OK (no venous leak). There's also a few visibly swollen veins in there.

6) Now on a diet of vitamins (B, E), gingko biloba (NGF) and anti-inflammatory drugs to promote healing.

So, that's my story. Not as bad as that of those other people here but still... sorry for the wall of text!

And thank you for bearing with me. I realise it's a chore having to read about someone else's junk!

it's never a chore to read of someone else's situation my friend.

Many of us have been where you are .

I personally suffered from ED for years and now I am liberated, cos i got an implant.

I would advise that you gp to the implant section of this site and read of the varying experiences.

Based on my experience, if your ED is not responding to treatment then get an implant, it's a permanent and awesome cure for ED.

You will never have to doubt if you can "complete" again, plus you will have a much better looking (read bigger) penis.

Please do not despair my friend, we are here for you with advice and comfort

Hey, thanks anyway! Good to know things are working for you bud.

How does an implant work IRL, if I may ask?

I am a bit skeptic about getting one... it's kind of expensive and truth to be told I don't quite need it
(yet) as I thankfully still react to drugs, albeit Caverject causes me very painful erections and of what use can
an erect penis be if you can't feel much pleasure anyway? I had seen some slight improvement a month ago after one such
stretches (two weeks) so I'm enduring a 2-months abstention challenge - let's se how my body reacts to it first. Who knows.

I really do hope to see some improvement by the time my b-day rolls around. Asking for nothing more.

It's much appreciated, man.

Hello Alzozero!

I will give you the same advice I give everyone else by telling you my story. First of all, I will be 69 in a few months, so I'm almost old enough to be your grandfather. The idea that you are having erection issues at your age, regardless of the cause, is simply not acceptable. Second, the likely cause of my ED is almost 35 years of Type II diabetes. So our situations are very different, but the process is, I think, the same.

Step 1: Assemble your team of physicians. I had my Internist (aka primary care physician), my urologist, and, in my case, also my cardiologist. All them are men and they are all more or less the age of my children. Point being, these are young men with whom I can have open and honest discussions. Your main guy in this journey will be the urologist, but the others need to be in the loop.

Step 2: Repeat after me: "This is not an acceptable outcome." Say that over and over until, indeed, you reach an acceptable outcome. o small part of all of this is psychological. Clinical depression could be lurking in the shadows. Don't let that happen. There is a solution for you--you just have to keep looking until you find it.

Step 3: Have a complete physical, looking for anything that might be contributing to the ED. Identifying the cause may make the solution more apparent.

Step 4: Get fit. Lose weight if needed. Start working out, etc. Exercise builds muscle tone and would certainly jump start your Free Testosterone levels.

Step 5: Start with the most non-invasive remedy (probably oral meds) and move on up to the most invasive (penile implant). I found my solution smack dag in the middle: Trimix Injections. I know you said the Caverject was painful: talk to the uro. Try a different formula. Say to him (or her): This is not an acceptable outcome. Over and over again.

In the meantime, stay in touch with the guys on this site. Moral support from folks who actually understand the journey is irreplaceable. The docs may be sympathetic, but unless they've experienced what I call Limp Dick Syndrome, they really cannot identify with the universe we live in.

Ciao.

Another injury by jelq.. The forums that promote jelq should be banned, they are leaving many young people impotent (I included, for idiot I know, but when you are young and promise you a bigger penis "naturally" and without risk many fall into the trap) and when it happens and you say something you are expelled from the forum and they call you liar or troll. There are people who have committed suicide for this..
Injury that caused venous leak.
In my 20s thinking about implant
