I will add that, since the erect cavernosum allows coitus to continue, the spongiosun can continue to receive stimulation, thus often engorging rather sooner that it would have, withou the support of the implant. (Structural support to maintain penetration and pressure between the implant and the (I presume) vaginal walls.

Dang lost sheep, I had to look up coitus. Your knowledge is impressive. That makes a lot of sense. Just three weeks ago, I Had a numb area on the right side, my nut sack was sore, and just didn't know what to expect! But after having the first orgasm, it seemed more intense. Ok, it wasn't coitus, but still.
