T minus 24 hours....

Postby radioradio » Tue Aug 01, 2017 3:50 pm

By this time tomorrow I'll be in a deep sleep (I hope it's deep!). And when I wake up, it'll be like having morning wood for the next 4 weeks.

Although I am anxious, my meeting with the doc today helped a lot. Was helpful for my wife, too, who hasn't been too interested in any of the details so far. She said she was surprised at how much stuff get put in.

Had a nice afternoon at the inner harbor, nap time now, nice dinner I'm little Italy coming up. Just trying to stay chill until tomorrow. Actually would like to stay chill for the next 4 weeks. 8-) But Doctor Kramer assured me it won't be as bad as I've been imaging. Still....

I don't know if your doctor told you. Mine told me to take a dose of Miralax the night before. It gave me a jump on the pain meds causing constipation. Just a tip.

Bob
Best to you. Things will be fine. Recovery is not bad. I didnt have much pain. More discomfort. Stay off your feet & ice helps. Actually i used frozen peas, corn works too. In a few weeks you will have a new toy. Good luck !
