Spiro,

You will have to heat it up under hot water -- even tho heat is not good for the PGE-1 in Trimis -- there is no other way.

Heat shake .. heat shake .. shake ,, shake ,,shake ... and you must get every bit to dissolve .. otherwise any tiny crystals will act as seeds and start the crystal process all over again -- like a High School Chemistry experiment.

If you succeed, do not freeze it again ... just keep in a cool part of the fridge.

Had the same problem, took quite a bit of shaking and heating to get it back in to liquid. It lost all potency. The pharmacy sent me a new bottle. On the new bottle is a sticker that says "freeze after use". However now I'm afraid to freeze it.

I would ALWAYS FREEZE. Lasts 9 months plus.

rad,

That is so sad that it can take 9 months to go thru a bottle, What are you doing, just taking it out and looking at it every week or so and putting it back again? Use that stuff! ;-))

LOL...not the SAME bottle...I keep both 2.5ml bottles frozen when I first get my supply.
Each bottle lasts about 5 months. I use 12 units once a week ave. So SECOND bottle would
have been frozen 10 months or so. ;)

Heh,

You are a lucky dog dick to be able to use such a small amount for so many Big Results!

My pharmacy says DO NOT FREEZE.
Born 1948, wed 1969. BPH & Type II Diabetes at age 35. TURP-2002; ED even before that--diabetes. Cardiac valve surgery: 2007 & 2019. Poor results with pills. Started trimix injections in Nov, 2010. Great results from the very beginning.

Trust me..freezing is the way to go. There is a well documented study by a university on freezing Trimix.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23924676

Alprostadil was the least stable of the drug components at room temperature and under refrigeration. About 8% alprostadil loss occurred in five days at room temperature; under refrigeration losses of about 6% and 11% occurred after 1 and 2 months, respectively. Frozen at -20 deg C and -70 deg C, less than 5% loss of any of the drug componenets occurred in 6 months. A beyond-use date of 6 months when stored frozen at -20 deg C and 1 month when stored refrigerated at 4 deg C is appropriate

I get very good results keeping frozen ALL the time..thawing vial each time..over and over. No loss of potency after 9 months!

OK, it seems freezing may be a good thing. It's not an issue for me. My prescription is for 5 ml and that lasts me about 90 days. The compound pharmacy is local so it's no biggie to get a refill. All the best.
