I have to agree with Ali salesman don't make a habit of throwing their customers under the bus. We as the end-user may get 2-3 implants in a lifetime, the surgeon usually does more than that each week. Common sense which isn't that common would dictate that most commissioned salesman would side with the doctor and cover their arse, as that's their lively hood. If you truly think you lost 2-3 inches I would seek another opinion.

Check my revision surgery, my first surgeon said my sizing was correct also. You can read my forum under Kramer Time. Link to surgery below, revision gained 2" in length.

Implant on 1-5-17 was 18cm + 1RTE, revision on 3-15-17 by Andrew Kramer was 22cm + 1RTE. The other implant was so short it didn't reach the glans which resulted in a floppy head.

All doctors are not created equal, I knew days later my surgery was blotched. The doctor that performed it offer viagra to help make the glans full which was total BS. You can read it all in my forum Kramer Time. I've read several post, not everyone gets great results, it's sad, that's why this forum is so Important.

All In my forum, Dr Neil Baum did the 1st surgery. His claim was he learned the new infrapubic surgery from Pierto in Miami. Stated he had done over 3500 implants and was listed as a circle of excellence on Coloplast website. All I can say, is research to a fault, your manhood is precious and not all are as they present themselves. Most won't accept they are in error even when it's obvious, that's why I responded to this post. He needs to seek a second opinion, if you know it's wrong, your probably right.

I keep hearing this "over 3500 implants" bally-ed about. I do not know if it was Dr. Kramer or Dr. Eid I asked about this one time but whichever told me there were only 4 doctors in the world that have done that many in their life time. The more I get to thinking about it, I think it was Dr. Eid and Perito who had at the time it was stated Kramer was only up to 2700. Perito had done that many. I think these numbers are often inflated hype. Dr. Kramer told me recently his implant career has spanned 15 years. 3500 divided by 15 is 233 implants a year which a few doctors do but very few.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.

OK, Guys, I'm drunk enough to tell the truth and spell it right: I don't want this surgery again. I don't remember for sure what my size was since it was 2007 I had my last erection. I'm glad I have something to point now. I know my wife will never let me put this in her again, so it doesn't matter about length, beyond just going to the bathroom. I can't feel anything and nobody can fix that - the nerves either reconnect or they don't. Either way, there is really no chance I'm going to have any fun with this at 62, so I'm glad I'm not peeing on the floor any more. Some of you guys seem to get your identity from your length, and I was disappointed that my memory of 2007 didn't coincide with my post operative size. But I really don't remember. It'll never be inside a woman again anyway.
6/2013 DaVinci Radical Prostatectomy sacrificing erectile nerve. 5/16/2017 AMS 700 MS series 15cm (with 4 RTEs) No orgasm unless after extended time. Am now 4.5 inches (after an hour, maybe 5 inches; 5.5 implanted). Lots of hand arthritis. Age 65
