Question...I assume you asked to go with Coloplast Titan..
What about it from Kramer? Do he like Coloplast or prefers AMS ?

No Maxxxxx I did not ask for the Coloplast Titan I was leaning AMS from reading a lot of post here. Dr Kramer came into my room before surgery and told me he had been thinking about my choices of implants and said he thought the Titan would be better for me because I have a lot of weight and girth to my penis along with some peyronies that a titan will support more than the AMS. I also had the hourglass look at the base of my penis. He said that he had plenty of both types in the operating room and and he could do either if I had a preference. I told him I did not think I had a lot of width but he assured me that after examining me three different times that I did. He said because of my width the AMS would not fill me to be as firm or wide as the Titan. So I asked my wife if she liked firm and wide or softer from me no filling completely. She said DONT YOU KNOW? Oops guess I should not had asked that. She said that we can have hard and wide and softer if we want you not pumping as much. Sound like the best of both worlds. We went with the Titan and Dr Kramer said that if once he go inside he saw something different he would change. I know he did another AMS the same day so I know he uses both. Now I am laying here with a hard on that is wider than before my surgery becoming annoying from the pressure but sure is good to look at. I don't know if he likes one over the other I would say one over the other depending on the anatomy of the patient from our discussions about me. Just my opinion

Day 4 counting day of surgery

1. Scrotum is large enough that I have to walk like a duck

2. Still laying down sitting up in a adjustable bed which
Helps from getting in and out of the bed.

3. Getting a strong urge to pee while laying down and when
I get up to go it is uncontrollable.

4. My testicles met their new scrotum and they didn't play well
Together. Right testicle very tender when bumping anything.

5. Still tender around reservoir site.

6. Got rid of the jock straps and now using David Archy briefs
They seem to give support and stop things from bumping
Around.

7. Shaft is partially hard and sore same type feeling I was
Getting with injections

8. Moved around a little today up and down the steps once but
Nothing drastic just baby steps

9. Pain has been tolerable as long as I don't hit my scrotum against
Anything. Been staying off the meds but may try something
Tonight to see if it will stop the soreness in my penis

Try some ibuprofen, 800 mg if you can tolerate it. Really helps get the swelling down. There is light at the end of the tunnel!

Day 7

1. My scrotum was pretty relaxed last night so I spent time exploring
the area and I found that:
a. My left testicle felt like it was loose and swimming around
b. My right testicle felt swollen and tender with no movement
c. Right testicle felt as if was stuck to the pump or tubing
d. The pump was heavier than I thought
e. The pump was harder than I thought/did not try to pump it

2. After all the attention I gave it last night I had more pain than normal
first night I did not sleep well

3. Still have tenderness in the fat pad/tubing area getting better but still
tender even to the touch

4. Shaft of penis is still sore and hard to put in pants without a noticeable
imprint

5. Without any pumping my erection goes from semi-hard to harder by itself?
Buldge.

6. Thinking about a longer walk today

You sound just like I did at 6 day. I also have the titan 22cm with 1cn RTE. Trust me don't go on a long walk yet
