Running with an implant

Postby AirWolf » Tue Aug 08, 2017 8:57 pm

Any runners out there? How's running with an implant? Can you feel the reservoir or pump jostling?
Obviously a jock strap might be needed but curious about the other parts.

I am at day 40 and running is not an issue. I was worried about bikeing due to the seat, but that also turned out to be ok. There is a bit of an issue with the bike shorts due to the flacid length now. Not a G rated look. I opt for basketball shorts over the top.

I asked Kramer's office this question and they gave me this response (I asked about running and mountain biking and the response was with regard to hiking and mountain biking . . . I'll check with them again but it's likely OK):
"Once you hit the 6 week post-operative period, there are no restrictions on hiking or mountain biking, these activities can be resumed at your normal level of participation"
