As of now..I get rock hard at 20 pumps. That gives me a nice 6.25 erect dick. I have been cycling for 2 weeks.

Your question is complicated by several factors. #1. How complete is each pump (does all the fluid in the pump get expelled?) #2. What size implant do you have. #3. What pump ( newer AMS or old one) In the end it is simply the volume of your max inflated cylinders divided by the volume per pump. In my case at 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 it takes me 20 good pumps to fill it to the maximum. If I really work at getting all the fluid out each pump I can reduce that to 15 or 16 pumps. In a hot shower or during hot sex I can usually get in another pump or two, But at high pressure I sometime feel the fluid bypass the system.

Guys like Ali and Donnie are going to take more pumps as they have more volume to fill.

Thanks Shooter. Will you please explain what you mean by sometimes feeling the fluid bypassing the system? If it is contained within the reservoir, pump and cylinders, I Don't understand where it is going.

I have a Titan Touch, and it takes about 9 strokes of the pump to get as hard as it will go, and that is seriously hard. There are two variables here, though. First, when I pump I do complete strokes, from full pump bulb to completely flat. Second, I keep it inflated a bit all the time because it is more comfortable. From dead soft, it takes about 13 strokes to totally hard.

I have a sample implant that I can play with. If I squeeze it hard enough, but with gradually increasing pressure, the pop does not happen. Due to the fact that the cylinder the spool slides in is the flexible pump material, some fluid pushes between the spool and the rubber bore and goes into the cylinders. You don't loose and fluid and as the valve has not cycled, and it may not stay in the cylinders.
