underside of my dick was sort of numb for a few weeks, then it got better. Now, 6 months later, almost totally normal

Do you have sensitivity in the frenulum?

Thanks. I already lost some sensitivity from the prostatectomy that may or may not come back. Don't want to lose any more.

I have some sensitivity in the frenulum, but just below that point (with dick pointed up) there's about an inch with no feeling. Noticed it when I realized I couldn't feel the edge of the hand held urinal when it touched my dick there.

Which I understand is that if the implant is done by penoscrotal approach, you may lose sensitivity in the lower part of the penis and if it is done by infrapubic approximation it may be lost in the upper part of the penis. I do not know if it's correct, but it's what I've read

Radio, way to early. Things have barley started healing! I lost no sensitivity. My orgasms are more intense. The first time I jacked off, mind you, it probably had been 3 months since my last orgasm, I busted a heck of a nut! Incredible.

My first week after resuming my sexual activity (started fucking again), I couldn't climax inside my wife. It was frustrating, especially for her, but now I come ,(boy do I cum) every time. No loss of sensation at all.

Thursday morning, Day 8

Yesterday started off rough. Laying down and pain pills, and it got better 8-) .

Today started out fine, then got rough. Back to horizontal for a while.

Sunday evening. Day 11

Not much to say. Nut snack sore where pump touches it. Dick sore from being semi hard for so long, sore at cylinder tips, occasional sharp pain at base of shaft. All in all, noticeably better than a few days ago. Still can't sit up straight (like at the dinner table) without my nuts aching. Back to the office for the first time tomorrow for a while.

Two weeks to follow up with doctor, and presumably, activation. Tried feeling my way around my pump for a bit today. Didn't get too far without it hurting enough to to make me stop.

What an experience so far!

I'm a little ahead of you I was implanted July 18. Things are so much better now. Nuts still sore where the pump touches on the inside. I can feel a little tubing along the right side of my shaft. That just feels weird. I'm able to play with the pump without it hurting. Haven't tried to pump it up yet. Doc says wait till the 28th. I'm hoping by then the sore nut sack isn't a problem. Good luck
