I'm in the same boat-surgery performed on 5/25/17. 41, no prostate issues. Just ED from PTSD (combat veteran). I was at 6" and if I'm standing up, it measures 5.2" but when laying down it is only 3.5" (inflated). I'm completely upset because my wife and my favorite position is cowgirl...now she complains she can't even feel it. I'm holding out on hope that it will lengthen back to close to its original size and will be severely depressed if it doesn't.

Found this old thread while searching for Titan folks who got an increase in length after years of cycling. Any Titan brothers whose size increased after 12-24 months, please let me know. This would be really helpful to many people out there. Thanks!

I was told to use the vacuum device several months before surgery and when healed use it to lengthen area. It worked for me, I have a titan and flacid is a lot bigger that before surgery. I mean like 3” longer flacid. I’m going to have to figure out a way to still get in my jeans after this is over! They say you can have sex in six weeks idk about that it’s really tender there. Any suggestions?

I totally agree with Raycaba
I too was told by the urologist to use a vacuum erection device prior to the surgery and...to record pre surgery length. I used the VED 2-3 times a day, for 20-30 minutes. The doctor said the the VED would help with expanding the corpora and surrounding tissues.
And finally, Raycaba, your "manliness" will show a bit more ,especially with loose fitting pants...lol.
