Same with me. I would prefer a 2:00 angle but only for 'cosmetic reasons'. With a 3:30 angle I can do whatever I want, it's suitable for any position.

I think so......but maybe not in the first 6 weeks post op......I think once I started pumping up to full inflation it became apparent I had retained a good angle.
My Uro did stress to me the advantage of having the implant earlier rather than wait a few more years.

It was getting pretty floppy pre op. Viagra didn't really make me point up but Caverject certainly did.
Probably not news to you but I reckon Caverject is a two edged sword....effective but ultimately probably counter productive with regards to damage being done internally.
I am pretty pleased with my 2 oclock......not totally sure why it is so.....possibly physiological?

Post implant my erection is about 3 o' clock. Pre implant and pre prosate surgery, it would go about 2 O'clock wiht sitmulation. The current 3 o"clock is no problem. Have not had any complaints about it. We both love the implant. Especially being able to go for "seconds" after I come. We both just congratulated ourselves on a good decision

Thanks guys for all of your input. I really don't care what angle I end up with, but have always been a very curious person who likes knowing as much as possible about any situation I am involved in. It would be nice to end up with what I had, but I will just be happy having a functioning dick.

Greg, when I was younger my erection pointed up just a little from horizontal. Then as I aged it went to horizontal. And now it is not completely horizontal inflated, but that's OK. It still is hard, it still works, I can cum, and my wife loves it -- so no problem with angle!

I'm 6 1/2 weeks removed from surgery. Pre-surgery I was 2:00 when hard - but couldn't always get hard, obviously. Now I'm reliably hard, but at 3:00. I'm a bit smaller in both length and girth than I was, but I'm confident based on what I've read here that with daily cycling, I'll gain a bit as time goes on. (Haven't really seen that yet.)

Had sex the other day with a beautiful woman. Reliably hard at 3:00 is WAY better than "maybe hard" at 2:00.
