Hi:
With any kind of implant:
1. How long can you leave the implant inflated each time (is there a maximum duration)?
2. How many times in a day can you inflate it (is there a maximum number of times in a day; or, is there a rest period you have to take in between inflations 'like with injections'"?
3. Some people say they can keep going even after orgasm, but do you still have that refractory period when the penis gets too sensitive?

Newbie, here are my feelings about your questions.

1. You can leave your implant inflated for as long as you want to. (I know there are some guys who keep it partially inflated all the time because it looks "better" in the locker room, etc.)
2. You can inflate and deflate as many times in a day as you want to. Neither it nor your penis will be damaged.
3. Yes, your penis will stay hard (since everything is mechanical) after an orgasm, but that refractory period of increased sensitivity (especially in the glans) will still happen. (And the exact details of guys' refractory periods vary. Some men -- myself being one of them -- have a glans that is so super-sensitive after orgasm that I do not want it "rubbed" any more, while some other guys simply have increased sensitivity after orgasm but it is not that pronounced.)
