New poster here. Thanks for all the info i was able to read here before my surgery with Dr Kramer in mid Aug. He and his team are fantastic!

The erect state is teriffic. I do have some downward curve, (base 3:30 and tip 5:00) but Dr K advises this is due to length and should straighten over time. My issue is getting as flacid as possible. My flacid length is now 6.5 inches, which is difficult to hide if the penis is not completly wrung out. I also seem to tave to squeeze it down several times a day as it appears to inflate a bit over time. Any tricks to complete flactization (That a word?) with firm shut off of the valve?

Donnie is right - if you'll add a signature line with details (implant model in particular) it'll help others to provide answers. That said, I'm guessing you have a Titan. I've had a Titan since 2008 and have never been able to deflate it as much as I'd prefer, and others have noted the same thing. According to Dr. Kramer, I'm deflating mine as far as it will go, and there's no way to deflate it further. Like you, mine tends to auto-inflate a bit during the day - part of my regular shower routine at night is to deflate it as much as possible. It's a bit of a nuisance, and If I could get it removed without another surgery I'd probably do so since I don't use it. But it's not a big enough deal to go to that extreme - it's just something you get used to.

...first off, congrats on joining the Bionic Brotherhood (Baltimore Chapter!). I had the same issue re: deflation & found that if you deflate and/or squeeze out the penis while lying down, you'll get the best results. I was also advised by the AMS rep to push down toward the pubic bone on your penis while squeezing out the remaining fluid...

Thanks for the signature. I also have an AMS CX but never had a problem with any back fill once I completely drain my implant. Make sure you are completely drained by pushing your dick toward your pubic bone. You won't hurt it.

Shortly after viagra dose, I had sudden ringing in one ear. Woke up next morning with no hearing in that ear. Other ear fine. After several weeks, hearing came back 50%. Doc advise no more viagra or similar meds. I didnt disagree.

Could you elaborate how you push it down toward the pubic bone?
You push the whole penis with one hand and squeeze with the other?
