help with trimix requested

Hi:
I have been using 30:1:10 20 units for past 2 years but all of a sudden since 2 months, even after I increased to 26 units and a ring it would give an erection of only about 5/10 and lasts about 15-20 minutes (used to last 45-60 minutes).
Uro appointment is in mid November.
What would you suggest to do in the mean time?

Call Uro and get a script for a stronger mix.

Slowly increase the amount of units you are injecting. That may help until you can get in to see your doc.

I managed to get an earlier apt with uro 2 days ago. He injected 0.4 ml of 30:2:20 in the office and got only 3/10. He has no explanation. He told me to keep increasing and see how it responds. He gave me a script for 30:2:20 x 5 ml (which won't last long at this rate) with no return appointment set. Also he noticed 2 small firm nodules on right side of mid shaft of penis underneath skin (just like a tiny pea, bit painful to touch) which he said were due to missed injections into the shealth. No curvature of shaft. Told me to keep increasing and find the right dose.
I tried 0.5 ml last night and again only a 3/10.
What would you suggest the amount to increase to next (since I cannot keep increasing in small amounts because I will run out soon).

If you're injecting 40 units now and getting poor results consider increasing by 5-10 units each time. Personally I would go to 50 units, then 60 units, etc. Or if you are adventuresome move up to 60 or 70 units the next time out. Just make sure you keep some Sudafed on hand. Search this site for posts about using Sudafed to combat a prolonged erection. If you're still hard after a couple hours start taking the Sudafed.

Don't get discouraged. I started out just like you and I was once injecting 125 units of a weak formula. You'll get there. Just don't forget to keep the Sudafed on hand.

I think I will try 60.
How do you get relief from the ache? I had no ache with 1 ml 30:1:10 and with 40 U of 30:2:20 I get quite a bit of ache (although bearable).

On this journey I am up to an 80-30-2 formula and about to go to 100-30-3. That will be the max. My erections currently are more than enough to get the job done but my penis still points to the floor. The good part is I experience massive girth with a head so huge the wife gasps at the difference. But I'm still in search of that implant-like erection so I'll be moving up the formula scale soon.

I do experience some pain, especially as I move up to stronger doses. The good thing is that the pain lasts for only the first 10-20 minutes. As you noted, it's not an excruciating pain, just annoying. I try to time my injection so that the pain will have subsided by the time the cuddling stage ends and it's on to oral and vaginal sex.

Try taking 2-3 Ibuprofen tablets before you inject. That can help. After a while you'll stop using the Ibuprofen because you'll know the pain will subside in a few minutes. Practice, practice, practice. The more you inject the more you will understand how Trimix interacts with your body. Everybody is different. After a while the moderate pain at the start won't be a big deal.

If possible, inject 2-3 times a week while you are learning. Purchase a male sex toy, such as the Fleshlight, to help you simulate vaginal sex. Using the Fleshlight helped me "practice" and build confidence in the injections.
