My appointment is in about 2.5 hours. We drove up yesterday got checked in spent a little time in the pool, then just kinda kicked back. Drank plenty of water yesterday. Eat everything I could up to about 930 last night. Finally got to sleep around 12 then the damn smoke alarm goes off at 230.

Got up this morning hungry with presurgery WTF I am I doing feelings. Not enough to back out. Did my final streching length 6.25. Did the enema 0nly thing left is a finally hibicus cleaner scrub. I do that just before we walk out the door

No matter all the WTF's and inconveniences when you heal and you will, it is great. Recovering from trip two and doing well here. My turn was 8/18.
