24 years old with ED... i have couple of questions.

Postby benefitter » Mon Aug 28, 2017 8:55 am

hi everyone.
i'm 24 years old young man with complete ED.
i dont know reason. Blood sugar, testosterone, blood pressure... etc These are all normal.
But since 20 years old, I have not had a good erection.
The pill has no effect at all...

Implant seems the right treatment for me, but i have some questions.

1, If I have surgery within a few years, I think I will need 4 or 5 more revisions in the future.
Do frequent re-operations increase the chance of infection?

2,It seems that reduction of lengths(1cm or 2cm) is common. Is it the same in revision?

3,Can a 12cm flaccid state make any bulge when i wear slim pants? Considering that my erection length is about 15 cm, i think the my post-op flaccid state will be about 12 cm

4,What is the reaction of women about implants? Here franktalk members say that they always get a positive answer, but i can't find young 20s-30s woman's reaction.

5, Can i hide the fact that i have implants early in my relationship? I think mood will be very awkward when i explain about all things of penile implant in the first sex. I want to have sex without telling her in the first few times. and later i will tell that i have implant surgery because of external injury which causes my erectile dysfunction. can i do it?

thank you
young 20s male, but i think my only option is implant

Revisions come with a manageable increase in the chance of infection. you and your surgeon have to work to prevent any infection.

Each circumstance is different. First implant here had no loss of length after a period of expansion common to the LGX 700, waiting on the healed results of my recent revision. As it stands the implanted CX 700 is 2 cm larger than the original LGX. So probably no loss. YMMV
4.5 years on the first is a rather short time span but not extremely uncommon. We have others on the board that had runs of over 10 years.

That is biology dependent, for me it wasn't too hard to hide the deflated state. My new one may be a little more difficult (different model). The ease of hiding depends on biology, implant manufacturer, and implant model.

You won't find a women's reactions here unless reported, and no help from me. I have just a little too much time on the meter.

On hiding it from your potential sexual partner, that will all depend upon your skill in hiding your pumping it up, your mood at the time and her skills in observation. If you cum and still stay hard for a long time, that may cause questions. I have never had to bother, 47 years of marriage can do that for you, but I believe the deflation might be harder to hide than the inflation. However you handle the implant situation with your potential intimates, it is your decision and your skills at deception and hiding that will determine how well it goes.

Not if you do what you are told and keep things clean and dry. My doc told me to put polysporin on it to prevent infection and assist with healing.

2,It seems that reduction of lengths(1cm or 2cm) is common. Is it the same in revision?
Once again, not if you do what you are told. There are people on here that brag because they were able to use their implant before they were supposed to. Next thing you know they are in pain and can't fully cycle they way they were told to. All that said a 5" hard dick is 100% better than a 6" limp noodle.

1. I am almost your age (26) personally I wouldn't worry about the amount of possible revisions you have to have in the future. Who knows if we'll even be alive in 10, 20 or 30 years? One thing I have learned with ED, we shouldn't take things for granted. Besides, these are your best years. Don't waste them not being sexually functional. If you need an implant now, it's not like you're not going to need it in 10 years.

4. I wouldn't worry about the reaction from women either. It's your dick and they will like it if you do. It's all about confidence. If I had an implant I would wear it proudly. If some girl doesn't like it, well that's her problem.

5. Yes you can hide it. Pump it up in the bathroom before you have sex. Just tell her afterwards. No shame in having an implant though, make up a cool story about how you got it.

Maybe begin the conversation by asking her if she would be impressed if you actually had X-ray vision. "Well, how about a bionic toe. A bionic leg?" Now you have her attention. So how about a bionic penis?" If she can't deal with that conversation, you probably don't want to date her. With your new equipment, your capacity to pleasure her should not exceed (by much, anyway) her capacity to enjoy the ride. IJS

And to you young guys, keep in mind that the technology will only improve. They could design ones that last 20 years!.

I was told that the typical implant usually lasts 10-20 years already (mine lasted 12, which is a pretty long time, I think).

There are now prosthetic arms and hands that are actually controlled by the brain. It probably won't be long until the pump is battery powered, wirelessly rechargeable and activated by thought. At least in my movie, that's where things are headed. I wouldn't waste your prime years out of concern for re-implantation. You'll never get these days back.

My wife jokes that they need to make it remote controlled (I guess for when the wife wants some but the husband is too tired.) ;)
