First Appointment on September 6th

Postby garry101 » Mon Aug 28, 2017 6:11 pm

Hi everyone I have my appointment with Dr Yonah Kakkowsky on Sept 6th in Toronto Ontario. I don't know much about my problem other than I have weak erections not enough to have intercourse and I really really want to have intercourse.

Any suggestion about how I should talk to him will be appretiated. Thank you
24 years old Canadian. Suffering from ED for 2 years due to a slight injury. Looking to get an implant next year. Can't wait!!! :|

Garry,
It is weird thinking about discussing this with a doctor. My advice is, just let it all out as if you were talking to your closest soul mate. If the doc's reaction makes you uncomfortable, find a new doc.

Garry,
I feel for you man. I was relatively young when I had to start having these conversations with doctors. For me it started at about 30. Keep in mind they are in the business of helping men with their issues and there is pretty much nothing they have not heard before. Just be open and honest. At first it may seem awakward but you will get used to talking about your penis, sexual history, and what you have tried to corrrct the issue. If you aren't accustomed to it, it may also be uncomfortable dropping your pants and having everything closely examined. My most embarrassing moment as a young man was having my penis injected, getting an erection, and then having several people monitor it for a couple hours while I just sat there with my dick pointing to the ceiling.

No matter what it takes, always keep your goal in mind. In all likelihood nothing is going to get better unless you take this action. Also, be prepared that you may have to be willing to try something else for a period of time prior to the doctor prescribing an implant. Implant surgery is pretty much the last resort for most reputable doctors. Best wishes.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

For insurance purposes it has to be last option. But most do not pay for pill, pumps injections
