Question for NJ folks who have had an implant

Postby lowrider » Sun Aug 27, 2017 3:41 pm

My first thread asked for a recommendation for a NJ urologist, pretty much in a specific part of the state. However, no one was able to help with a local dr. So, I am asking again, if anyone, who lives in NJ, and has had an implant procedure done, will you share the name of the doctor who performed your surgery, and your experience with said doctor? I would appreciate any comments, suggestions. So far, Dr. Kramer (Baltimore) and Dr. Eid (NYC) have been suggested. Thank you in advance, lowrider.

Just received my second implant on fri. [8/25] after 5 years implanted. My doctor for both surgeries is Dr. David Sussman, he is with Delaware Valley Urology. They are located in Sewell and Voorhees, NJ

Why did you have a 2nd implant after 5 yrs? I thought they last for 10-15 yrs. How was you experience with Dr. Sussman? Were you satisfied with his procudeure? PM is you feel more comfortable that way. Thanks, Lowrider

There are great surgeons everywhere in Canada and the US. Pick a surgeon and then ask if there are any BAD stories about him/her. If not, proceed. This Forum is getting to be a great big commercial for Kramer and Eid. Maybe they are great but asking patients to have to fly to get to a surgeon and then dump a ton of money on a procedure is ridiculous. If you had a heard attack and required a bypass (as I did) would you be so concerned??? Based on what I have read on here, I doubt it. Come on guys. A 4 inch HARD dick is still better than an * inch limp noodle. I would argue that most surgeons are great at what they do and should not be compared to a few bad apples. :)

Point taken. Personally, when it comes to elective surgery, I do care to find out, from others who have used the same doctor, who I may or may not care to consult with. Living 90 miles away from two large cities, NY and Philly, I would think I would have little difficulty getting recommendations in my home state, I do have one in NJ, that said, Drs. Kramer and Eid were they names I read about with the most frequency.
