That is the way! Going over 30 won't harm the implant and will stretch things for you. Unless you have a grip like a vice it is unlikely that you will cause damage from over pumping. My first was very similar to yours and my wife and I got to the point where that was a good "working" pressure.
Listen to your body and the pump and you won't go wrong. The pump just gets too hard to pump, and if you start trying to go too far you will get enough pain to make you want to quit.
I am getting ready to breakin an AMS CX model this time so I will again have a learning curve.

Alright David, just didn't want to blow the thing out. My doctor was vague on how just how many times to pump it up. I can squeeze the bulb all the way up until about 15, and then I can only squeeze it about half way, so I guess I don't have a vise grip.
