So 11 days out. Activation in a week an a half. Should my shaft be so sore? I am only inflated 20%, but damn. I get occasional shooting pains in shaft. Realized there is a small section at base off my dick on the underside that is a bit numb. The shooting pains feel like nerve endings reactivating. Had similar pain after rotator cuff and elbow surgery.
I assume this is all normal. But now getting a little nervous as I haven't even pumped yet and I am inflated pretty low.
Assuming this is all normal. Any advice to keep things moving forward?

Re: Sore
You are fine, some of us just are sore longer. I was 7 weeks before i was comfortable. I have no idea it this has anything to do with it, but guys nothing medical just my observation but like you and I, we maybe a little more sensitive then other.I know that when I first used it I had no problem having an orgasm. It maybe because I have always been sensitive. Hopeful you are the same way. It takes some guys a few weeks before they can reach an orgasm.
One thing I have leaned on here, this is not one size fits all.

Tybeeman,
It seems I am lucky, not going to have any problems with orgasm, I know that already. Was just surprised that I am this sore. But it makes sense and thanks for your reassurance.

DC,
Your description of the soreness, occasional pain and the numbness are a perfect match for where I am one month after implant. Add to that hyper-sensitivity of the skin surface, and you've got my situation. Pumping up and deflating increases the soreness. But if I look back, I have to say all of these issues are not as bad as they were a week ago.
Seems like it is taking forever to get where guys have told me they don't even know the implant is there (until they want it to perform its miracle). Somebody posted a while back that patience is the solution, but damn, that is not easy for me in general, and especially when it comes to my dick hurting.
Hang in there. All sounds normal to me.

Its a lot of trauma to a sensitive area. I remember that when doc deflated me it was such a relieve. Less pressure and wasnt as sore. Pumping is another story. A little painful at first. If i can give you any advice, get deflation down before you pump up hard. Cause if you have a raging stiffy & have problems letting it down it will be sore. The pump itself is stiff & hard to operate at first but that gets easier. Overall its part of the process. I have been cycling for 10 weeks & its definately a lot better. No pain unless i pump really hard to stretch but no pain no gain. Take it slow. Your body will tell you how much you can handle.

Re: Sore
Thanks guys. I think I just spend too much time thinking about this...and so ready to use it. I haven't gone this long without sex EVER.
I notice the the pump is aggravating the right testicle, or just the skin of the sack near it. The pump is in a very nearly perfect place, except for this. So at night, I have been pulling the pump over a bit trying to get it away from the aggravated area. Or should I just leave it there and let my body adjust. I must admit, if I pull it to the center, the pump will be below the delate. Harder to get at. Right now the pump is on it side and the deflate is closer to center. I have a small sack, so just trying to get the pump as far from my balls an into free skin as possible.

If you think you spend to much time thinking about it, you are not alone, most of
us have spent our whole time from beginning to end thinking and talking about
what have and is happening us. And not only thinking about, but also expressing
It to others here on FT to allow others to learn and have support.
Testicle aggravation had it. Pain had it. Soreness had it. Numbness had it.
Sensitivity had it. Skin irritation had it. Frustration had it. Most of these things
I think others, as you and I, had at some time and I think time took care of most of them.

Doesn't stand up straight. Pump is hard as a rock. Nuts still sore inside near the pump. Everything is normal and it just takes a little time
