I have been reading of guys,droping q to 3 inches in penis size.
Dont they measure you. Any of tou guys had shorter dicks,when you got done. How would I know ,I just came out surgery on 8/30.
Or i need to wait until i inflate to find out??

How inflated are you now? I Am at 50 dr said expect another 1/2 inch.

Between RP and 3 implants, I lost an inch and a half or so. Now at 4.75".....my stiff little friend gives my a lot of fun. Good luck!

After some extensive time inflating on a regular basis I was able to return to my pre-prostatectomy size. But it needs patience as that will not happen overnight.

Ok. So some got it all n some lost it. I will have to wait n see then. 5days out of surgery. Thank you for the info guys. Much appreciated.

Did your not show you the size you wull b e close to during preop? Or you 5 days from your surgery. In my preop my dr streched my dick to show rough size after

very rough guess at size is

(implant length + rte length) * 2 * 0.4 / 3.0

That is two thirds of the implant length plus the length of any tip extensions and converted to inches. This is just a guess number but should be in the ballpark. (take the pun if you want it).

Based on I will end up 5.75 vs 5 to 5.25 I figured use tube lengh-1 inch , so it is fairly close.

22+0 =22*2=44*0.4=17.6/3=5.87

Ams700man as David_R said have patience. After my 1st implant in 2015 I was shorter and left with an unsupported glans, then in Dec 2016 I had a revision and was implanted with a AMS LGX and I pumped to the max (to discomfort) at least 2 times each day for 30 min or longer and have regained back to my pre- prostate surgery length. Just be diligent about inflating and stretching. At times I have woke up at 3:00 or 4:00 AM pumped up tight and went back to sleep for several hours.
