Good luck on your adventure. Best advise I can give is "YMMV" - your mileage may vary. We are all different. Do what the professionals say to do. Give yourself plenty of time to recover. When a problem surfaces - get it fixed and power on. And don't lose sleep over a 1/4 inch. Penile implantation is not an exact science. Again - Good Luck!!
Implanted Dec 2016 by Dr. Morey, UTSW Dallas. AMS 700. BPH caused problems so Supra Pubic Catheter and Urolift Prostate implants. End results great. Botched implant by Dr. in Waco, TX 2006. After 10 years, went to Dr. Morey who made me whole.

Great. Just try to stay positive. I know I was worried as sheet right up until they gave me the intravenous sedative, and then I could care less. It all turned out fine.

Best of luck and may God be with you.

I am currently recovering from implant surgery 2. Wore out the first one in 4.5 years, now going with a second.

Follow the rest suggestions closely, they will make things much better. Again YMMV, I required no pain medication after either surgery, first or second, and though I had some swelling and bruising it was not a lot. Had to have an alternate reservoir placement as a result of earlier surgeries and the abdominal incisions were the most uncomfortable items.

No loss of length.
