I was implanted with the lgx 18cm with a 1.5 extender. I was just a solid average in size measuring 6 1/4 to 6 1/2 inches pre cancer. After 3 1/2 months i am measuring at just 6". Thats a bone pressed measurement. I dont consider myself fat but im no body builder either. I believe when i was a kid we were referred to as "husky". I did post a pic in the implant picture forum. My girth has increased and working on the length. By no means will i ever b a pornstar either. But it works and i am happy and still optimistic.

Larry, I'm by no means hung. I did have an 18 + 3 CX. I was about 5 3/4 - 6 inches pumped, maybe a 1/2" shorter flaccid. I had a revision and ended up with a LGX 21 + 3 1/2 and now about 7" erect but gave up a little girth. All is well

I am looking for a member who is not well hung, and is...... well, fluffy , with a Dunlop (belly Dunlop over my belt ) and a supra pubic fat pad. I had a AMS CRX 18 + 2. I would like to know, after you got your implant and all the swelling and shit was gone, how big were you flaccid and erect???

Larry, I'm by no means hung. I have an 18 + 3 LGX. I'm about 5 inches flaccid.

Thanks for all the posts on this question everyone. Before the implant I had 3 circumcisions, each removing skin. After the third one, my dick was 3" but most of that was playing turtle in my scrotum with only the head peaking out After I complained that I had lost about 2.5 inches, two surgeons (urology and plastics) removed my shaft skin and poked the head through my scrotum. Then a month later they used my scrotum to manufacture a new shaft. I was furious because I still had penile length inside of me and I was the same size post operatively AND, now I was going to have a furry dick. These assholes had no answers for me... they just sat there looking stupid. Finally my urologist, in Belleville, sent me to Dr. Brock and Dr. Gan and things started looking up. But, like I said, just before my implant was removed, the same old turtle shit was happening. Dr. Brock said I was still swollen. So this question to you guys was because I am impatient and want to know what I will end up looking like.

You also asked about flacid size. So mine is about 4 1/2" and totally natural because i got the lgx. Cylinders are softer so i think it retracts more than the coloplast.

Yeah. I remember pre-implant. Feels better to feel fuller. And the confidence that goes with it is great. Plus it works on demand !

The other thing about flacid size is after you deflate you can throw in 3-4 pumps. Leaves nice bulge in your pants. Talk about confidence when you can walk in the room dick first !

I'll soon be one year post implant. I am very pleased with my results. Does it bother me that there is a prominent bulge in my pants now? Not at all! If it's not prominent enough, I can always put in a couple of pumps. I really love my results.
