No matter the surgeon, don't expect an implant to provide significant size increase. The length that can be achieved is governed by your anatomy - an implant will not give you more length than mother nature has already provided. A properly placed implant will fill all the space available, but it won't make that space bigger.

I believe you are talking about two different things. A Penile implant, as we talk about here is a cure for men with ED. There is also a Penile implant that's a silicone sleeve that creates a "structure" under the skin that is intended for enlargement. It does not help facilitate an erection so it is a mute point for this forum.

I saw Eid for an implant. I was told what I have is what I will end up with in the end.
No gains in length. I asked if any way I can get back my former length.
He said thier was no way. He said no good surgeon could guarantee I could not lose length but that he has been doing it a long time and knows how to reduce lessen the chances that I lose length.

Think you have touched on several issues.
That silicone sleave makes the girth wider. I don't think U gain length.
As far as I know the sleeve is not for treating ED.
The operation that lengths they cut you in half lengthwise. Looks disgusting. I would be afraid of scar tissue and other complucations. The operation is on YouTube. Another dr told me he could do it and put in the implant at same time.
That was not Dr Eid.
You dont gain much length. Very small amount of gain. I wonder what problems it may cause. I will pass on that one.
The guy in GQ article I would have reservations about him. Look on this site.
Think he is only guy that uses that silicone sleeve. If it was so great others would be doing it or the big medical supply company's would have bought him out then sold those sleeves it to other Dr's.
Surgury is permanent. I would try cheap ways. Stretching, yeah I bought a VED and a stretcher. Will not try any more pills or herbs.
I have little hope that it will work. After that no more $$.
Only reason why I bought the better stretcher is because I bought a cheap stretcher and I thought I might have gotten a slight gain. It broke, I bought a better one.

I am cautions of any guys selling magic beans.
I have tried a few of the magic pills that will cure Ed. By this book or herb fix your wang to better than new. You can be hung like a race hoarse if you buy this or that.
Don't waste your money or time.

My erect/inflated length is the same as before my prostatectomy in 2000, but it is the soft/uninflated length that has changed dramatically, increased by 1.5". (So I have gone from being a grower to being a show-er.)
