One Week Countdown

Hi Guys,
One week from today I will go for my surgery. My wife and I have been on vacation the past two weeks so it has really helped pass the waiting time. We will arrive home tonight or tomorrow, depending on the weather effects from Hurricane Irma. Atlanta is going to get hit with wind, rain, and has a possibility of tornadoes.

I am so eager to get this done and to start living life on the other side. I spend way to much time focused on what it will be like, in anticipation, not fear. I have lost a lt of length in recent years so I already grieved over that and have adjusted to going from the hung guy (I was a show-er at 5" flaccid) to having a retracted acorn. Whatever I end up with will at least get hard on demand and that is what currently frustrates me.

I may respond to other posts during the week ahead, but my next post will be on my surgery day. Have a great week.

I have adjusted to going from the hung guy (I was a show-er at 5" flaccid) to having a retracted acorn.

Hope everything goes well for you, Greg. (And don't get too worried that it's almost a "given" that you will go from being a "hung guy" to having a "retracted acorn." That didn't happen to me (my flaccid actually increased by 1.5" after the implant followed by routine and frequent pumping up, turning me in a show-er rather than a grower like I had always been before), and there are plenty of guys in here who didn't have that shortening happen to them. Keep us posted!

I hope your day today is one of peace and anticipation in a good way. Tomorrow will mark the beginning of the next phase of your sexual and emotional life.

I'm a visual guy and one image I have is of a space shot, when the first stage is jettisoned, and the second stage ignites and drives the capsule further, to its goal. Jettisoning ED, and watching it just fall away behind me... and being able to achieve orbit!

Maybe corny, but that's one of my images.
