First PGE1 injection at office - 2nd dosage advice

You were getting almost 20ug PGE1 using .95ml. Now with Trimix @10ug/ml...you will only get HALF of that using the entire 100 units (1ml)! I realize there are other components added that *enhance* the response, but PGE1 is still the *heavy lifter* of the 3 components. Personally, I would use at least 50units of the new Trimix....given your previous response to .95 ml of 20ug/ml PGE1 alone. If it were me, in order to avoid excessive injection volume, I would have requested what I use>>>30/2/20...which has 2XPGE1 than your formula.

Like rahod1 said. Or as an alternative ask the doctor to try you on a much more potent PGE1. My mix is 80mg per ml which is way stronger than what you were using. I still recommend using a novelty cock ring such as the Lyps brand set. The size or brand may have to be experimented with. You don't want real tight like required with a VED as it will just be supplementing the injections.

THIS...I use an adjustable ring that put on AFTER injecting. Reinforces my dick to forged steel hardness.

ok, first dose on 30/1/10 I used .50
It was about the same as the .95 on pge1 20
Just enough erection for sex, and as soon as I ejaculated it went down. Sex only lasted few mins.

Should I step it up to .70 next dose?
I will definitely get stronger like 30/2/20 next purchase. I just bought this 5ml of 30/1/10

First of all, do what your doctor says. Always.
Secondly, if your doctor does not seem to be as committed as you are to solve your problem, try to find another doctor. "This is not an acceptable outcome." was my mantra. Fortunately, the members of my medical team agreed.
Now for my thoughts: BASED ON WHAT MY UROLOGIST TOLD ME, you can probably increase your dosage in graduated steps until you get the results you want. You might even do a big increase and if it turns out that's too much, you can dial it back slowly until you find exactly the right one. A 4-5 hour erection is not dangerous PROVIDED THAT THERE IS PROGRESS TOWARD TUMESCENCE. If you still have a raging erection after 3 hours, you need to 1 or more of the following: take OTC Sudafed, wrap the offending member in a warm washrag and slowly squeeze, pace and count your steps--anything to preoccupy your brain, don't sit down in a position that puts pressure on the internal portion of your penis--that holds the blood in, read either the most boring thing you can find--to put you to sleep--or the most most interesting (non-sexy) thing you can find--again to distract your brain from its new best friend down below.

It's been a while as I took a small break since it has been kinda disappointing. Well the .70 shot was about like the .50 shot @ 30/1/10. Seems just enough for sex, and not long at all. If 60% is usable it was 60-65%

I just picked up my new trimix script that is pge1 50/1.5/30 and to start at .40

Would like to hear your thoughts if you think the new mix could/should work? I picked up a novelty ring to try also.

I'd guess if you got a 60%er, the stronger mix should be better.
I like your plan to inject less at first.

Hi Coldbrew,

Welcome to the club. You've been getting some good advice here, but there is one thing I'd like to add: Stay patient. Injections can take a while to figure out. Your journey may be short because you seem to have a good doctor and you've found this site. I had a rookie urologist and it took me a year to figure things out. At this point in your journey you are far, far ahead of where I was.

Here is my advice:

-- Perfect your injection technique. That means practice, practice, practice. At this stage practicing three or four times a week is a good idea.
-- Practice injecting when you are not planning to immediately have sex with your partner. The pressure and expectations can create stress and lead to a failed injection.
-- Jot down notes on your injections. Reviewing your notes can help you get more out of meetings with your doctor.
-- Don't set a deadline for figuring this all out. Again, that adds to the stress. Just keep making progress.
